7.7.4.3. Setting Ritapos as Ingenico and PAX Integrator

Before an integrator firm can access your devices through the iKasa portal, you (the taxpayer) must grant an authorization. Choose Ritapos (or the Ritapos-named option in the list) as the integrator. The flow starts from the Home page.

After you grant access, the selected integrator can reach the devices you allowed. You can edit or revoke the authorization on the same screen at any time.

Opening System Settings

After you sign in, click Sistem Ayarları (System Settings) on the Home page. That button opens the authorization and configuration pages.

On the System Settings page open the Entegratör Firma Yetkilerim (or Entegratör Firma Yetkileri) tab. There you view existing grants and create a new one.

Serial-number based authorization

You can grant access only for specific serial numbers instead of every device. That limits which devices the integrator can see and manage.

  • Add a serial number: Enter the device serial number and click Add (or Ekle >>). You can add several numbers one by one.
  • Remove a serial number: Select it and click Remove (or << Çıkar).
  • Flexibility: Update the scope whenever you need by adding or removing serial numbers.

Authorize all devices

If you do not want a serial-number limit, check Tüm cihazlarım (All my devices). Current and future devices then fall under the grant without adding serial numbers one by one.

Terms approval and save

To finish the authorization, fill in these fields:

  • Definition name / label: Enter a clear name (for example 2026 GMP3 Authorization).
  • Integrator firm: From the dropdown choose Ritapos or the Ritapos-named option. Other firms may appear in the list; do not pick a different firm.
  • Terms approval: Read the terms text on the page or in the dialog. It covers access scope, data use, and responsibilities. Then tick the approval box or continue with Onayla ve Devam Et.

When every field is complete and the terms are accepted, click Kaydet (Save). From then on Ritapos can access the devices you allowed through the portal.

Note: You can edit or cancel the grant on the same screen. Adding or removing serial numbers, changing the integrator, and removing the authorization all happen under the Integrator Firm Authorizations tab.
