7.7.4 Ingenico and PAX Device Integration

You can integrate Worldline Ingenico and PAX payment recording devices with Ritapos free of charge. This lesson explains how the integration works, which path to choose, and briefly introduces the devices. Setup steps are in the child lessons.

If the integration is done incorrectly, you may create incorrect fiscal data and face higher tax liability. Correct integration is the taxpayer's responsibility. Follow the documentation and verify.

Two paths: GMP3 (wired) and TSM (wireless)

Ritapos talks to Worldline devices in two ways. Both need a license and correct department data. They differ in where payment is taken and which software sits in between.

  • GMP3 wired: The Ritapos x Worldline bridge app on the PC sends the order to the cable-connected device (PAX can also use Wi-Fi in a wired-like setup). Payment is mainly taken at the counter.
  • TSM wireless: The device is added by registration number in Ritapos, on the Integrations (Entegrasyonlar) page under External devices (Harici cihazlar). Pay at the table or door with Restaurant on Ingenico or iResto on PAX. Cash and card closings flow into Ritapos.

Roles: iKasa, bridge app, and Ritapos

  • iKasa (online.ikasa.com.tr): Buy the GMP3 service license here. Choose wired or wireless and Ritapos / Ritapos Proxy.
  • Ritapos x Worldline bridge: Runs on the PC only for GMP3 (wired). Forwards orders to the device.
  • Ritapos: Holds department and VAT data, stores TSM device records, and updates orders and reports after payment.
  • Integrator authorization: In the iKasa portal you must authorize Ritapos (or the Ritapos-named option) as the integrator firm. See 7.7.4.3.

Which option to choose

  • Counter payment (self-service or fixed till): Choose Wired / GMP3 when buying the license, then follow the wired setup lesson for Ingenico or PAX.
  • Table or door payment: Choose Wireless / TSM, add the device in Ritapos, then pay with Restaurant or iResto.

Devices

Ingenico: Wired setup uses Ethernet and a static IP. Wireless uses the Restaurant app under Special Applications to pay from open checks.

PAX A910SF: Wired uses TCP/ETH or TCP/Wi-Fi with Ritapos selected; Wi-Fi can behave like wired. Wireless installs iResto via LUNA and follows a similar flow.
