You can integrate Ritapos with all your Ingenico and PAX brand payment recorder devices offered by Worldline, free of charge. What you need to do for this is listed below.

7.7.4.1. Purchase of Cash Register License

    7.7.4.2. Editing Ingenico/PAX Department Information with Ritapos

    When the integration of Ritapos and Ingenico/PAX runs, the department information defined in Ritapos will change the information on your device. Make sure the information you enter into Ritapos is correct.

    Please ensure that the legal VAT rate for the part you have selected is correct in both the department information and the product information on Ritapos. Entering the wrong VAT rate will result in incorrect receipts and an error in the VAT calculation, resulting in a legal irregularity.

    7.7.4.3. Using Wired Integration

    After purchasing the license, you must pay a one-time integration setup fee to Ritapos. After payment, our technical team will contact you for installation. To speed up the process, you can submit your integration request from the "Help & Support" section in Ritapos.

    7.7.4.4. Adding Devices to Ritapos for Wireless Integration

    Once the license is purchased, open the settings page to add your device to Ritapos. From the integrations section in the window that opens, press the Ingenico TSM or PAX TSM button.

    To add a new device on the page that opens, open the relevant form with the "+" button.

    In the opened form;

    You can give any name you want for your device in the name field.

    The type field must be selected as "Ingenico/PAX" and "Registration Number" must be entered in the relevant form.

    The registration number of your device is written on the label on the back of the device.

    Leave the IP field blank and press "Save".

    When you press the Save button, your device information will be added to the system.

    7.7.4.5. Using Wireless Ingenico/PAX Integration

    After completing all the operations and selecting "Restaurant" in the "Special Applications" menu on the Ingenico device; You can use the integration after seeing the "iResto" application on PAX. As a result of the integration, the cash and credit card payment information you closed with Ingenico will automatically come to Ritapos.

    7.7.4.5.1. Using Ingenico Wireless Integration

    When you click on the "Restaurant" application on the Ingenico device, you will be greeted by a page with a green button titled "Open Checks".

    Either enter the order number you want to process in the field here, or select the relevant order from the list of pending orders in "Ritapos" by pressing the "Open checks" button.

    When you press open checks, you will see the order list like this. Then proceed with the green button to receive payment.

    Confirm the order, proceed with the green button again and come to the page containing the content of the voucher.

    Account the transaction by pressing the green button again.

    7.7.4.5.2. Ingenico Receiving Partial Payments via Wireless Integration on the Device

    Receiving partial payments in the wireless integration of Ingenico devices (Ritapos integration) is one of the most frequently asked and invisible transactions. While Ingenico continues to receive payments from the Restaurant application on the device, you will see the screen shown in the picture below.

    When the payment process is initiated at Ingenico, the full payment for the order must be received and the order must be closed.

    If the order will be closed completely after collections, there is no problem in using partial payment via Ingenico. However, if the remaining balance of the order will be received later, the order portion of the payment to be received first will need to be divided using the order splitting feature on Ritapos and then the payment will be received through Ingenico.

    7.7.4.5.3. Using PAX Wireless Integration

    You can think of the "LUNA" program on the screen of the PAX cash register as the market of PAX. First of all, update all applications here and install the "iResto" program.

    When the installation is completed via "LUNA", the "iResto" application will appear on your home screen.

    You can use the integration by opening the "iResto" app, similar to the "Restaurant" app in Ingenico.

    7.7.4.6. Ingenico/PAX Receiving Service Fee and Tip via Device

    Ingenico You can receive service fee (service fee) and tip payment through your ÖKC device. For this;
