7.4.3. Printer Issues
A print queue error is a common issue caused by incorrect data exchange between the operating system and printer when you try to print. The same order may be duplicated in the print queue and print repeatedly, or it may cause the printer to become stuck.
7.4.3.1. The Same Order Keeps Printing
First, turn off your printer.
Then, if you use the "Ritapos Printer" application, close and reopen it from the task window, or press "Reload" in the menu opened from the icon beside the clock in the lower-right corner.

Finally, open the Printers section in Control Panel and double-click the printer causing the error to view the documents waiting to print in the table. In the "Printer" menu of the window that opens, press "Cancel All Documents". If "Use Printer Offline" is enabled, disable it.

7.4.3.2. Use the Pending Document Cleanup Program
Ritapos also provides a simple program that makes it easier to clear pending documents. Right-click the program you can download here, then use the menu that opens.

Select "Run as administrator" to delete pending documents from all your printers.
7.4.3.3. Print Jobs Stuck in the Print Queue
If you could not cancel documents waiting in your print list, including the issue described in 7.4.3.1, or saw a "Command processing error" message while performing the steps:
- Turn off your printer and unplug its power cable from the outlet.
- Search for and open Services in Windows.
- In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler and select Stop.

- After the service stops, close the Services window.
- Open File Explorer in Windows.
- Go to C: > Windows > System 32 > spool > PRINTERS.
- Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.
- Turn off your computer.
- Reconnect the printer power cable and turn on the printer.
- Turn on the computer.
7.4.3.4. If Printing Issues Continue
Remove your printer, reinstall it with its driver, and configure its settings again.
