How do setup and support work in Istanbul?
Online. Share your menu, support prepares the account and most venues take orders the same day. Our Turkey office is in Cankaya, Ankara. The technical support you need is available locally through our dealer network, or remotely across Turkey. Cash register and delivery integrations are opened remotely, and staff can rehearse on the real menu during the 14-day trial.
What happens if the internet drops during a busy service?
Ritapos runs in the cloud, so it needs an internet connection. If the connection drops for a short time, open orders stay on the device and sync when it comes back. A long outage reaches the limits of a cloud system, because there is no full offline or local server mode. We recommend a UPS for the modem, POS, printer and fiscal device, along with a backup mobile line.
