What is Ingenico integration?
Ritapos is a required integration that combines the order and payment cycle with Ingenico cash registers in one flow and sends fiscal records to GIB immediately. A waiter, barista or cashier opens the order in the POS system, taps once to take payment, and the payment completes on the POS device: a receipt is cut and the order closes automatically in Ritapos. Double entry, typing and calculation errors, and manual receipt cutting go away, and the operation gets simpler. Ritapos supports all Ingenico models, including Move/5000 F, IDE280 and IWE 280.
For wired integration, the Ritapos x Worldline bridge app is installed on your computer and the integration runs in TCP/ETH mode. For wireless integration, an app named Restoran is installed on your Ingenico device and the integration runs through that app over the SIM card inside the device.
The integration license is purchased directly from Ingenico's provider, Worldline / iKasa. There is no fee for the first TSM integration assigned to Ritapos. For hardware options that fit different needs, you can visit the Ritapos Store.

When the receipt limit is exceeded you cannot issue a document in a final consumer's name; through the integration you invoice a real person or a company. How order and payment connect
To send open checks from Ritapos to Ingenico devices, you can set up the integration in two ways: GMP3 and TSM. You can decide which one fits you better with the Ritapos team. The Ritapos team will always support you on connecting order channels to payment tools. After integration, the flow works as follows.

Which Ingenico models are supported?

Do I need to replace my Ingenico device?
If you already have a compatible device you do not need to replace it. Setup completes with license activation and configuration in Ritapos.
How does the setup fee work?
Device setup is free for the first TSM integrations. After that a one-time setup fee applies. The Worldline / iKasa GMP3 service license is charged by the device vendor.
Where do I get the GMP3 service license?
The license is purchased from Worldline / iKasa. In Online Operations > Virtual Store > Value-added Services choose the GMP3 service fee and select Ritapos or Ritapos Proxy. Support line: 0850 250 40 30.
Who handles the setup?
Activation and configuration are done remotely by Ritapos support. Steps are in the academy lesson.
How are payment and order linked?
The open check stays in Ritapos; the amount is sent to the Ingenico device. After the receipt, the order closes and appears in reports.
