The app is listed on the App Store and Google Play with your colours and logo. Guests get a branded experience in that app.
- The store listing opens under your brand name. Search results show the venue they visit, not another software brand.
- Branch and product details come from the Ritapos setup you already have. You do not enter the same data in a second panel. When a coffee price changes in Ritapos, the mobile app updates at once, the same way the QR menu does.
- You also publish campaigns from the panel through the mobile app. Instead of printing extra posters, you send the notice as a notification to guests' phones.
The right suggestion at the till
When a guest cannot decide what to drink, the AI assistant in the mobile app suggests new flavours that fit their requests, allergens and past visits. The assistant helps without stretching the queue.
- The AI assistant scans and learns your menu. It asks what the guest wants to drink and suggests matching products in the conversation, including upsell and cross-sell items.
- The cashier still takes the order in Ritapos.
- Returning loyal guests see the same chat on their phone, so the "what should I drink" pause at the till gets shorter.
Stars, scratch cards and product menu
At the branch the cashier recognises the guest from the QR code in the mobile app. Spend converts to stars under that location's rule. In Ritapos you choose which businesses appear in the app. A branch you do not want shown stays off the list.
