How to set up Ritapos order check software
You do not need a dedicated server or an on-site technician. An internet-connected tablet or PC and your menu are enough.
- Create an account. Register on Ritapos without a credit card and start the 14-day trial.
- Define the menu and tables. Enter products, prices, variants and the floor plan in Ritapos; that record also feeds the QR menu and reports.
- Turn on cash-register and e-receipt integration. Pick your device brand in cash register integrations. During the 14-day Pro trial and on the Pro plan, support opens online setup remotely; live support and online setup are not on the free plan. If you need e-receipt, align the document flow in the same account.
- Download the app for waiters and the counter. A browser or desktop at the counter and the mobile order app on the floor are enough. After the menu is shared, you can start taking orders within minutes.

Does the order check work if the internet drops?
Ritapos is cloud order software; orders, kitchen display and reports need internet. During a short outage open tickets stay on the device and sync when connectivity returns. There is no full offline / local-server mode for long outages. Use a UPS (modem + POS + printer + cash register device).
Is cash register integration included? How should I read TCO?
Cash register integration is required and free on Ritapos (Ingenico, Inpos, PAX, Pavo, Paycell, etc.). QR menu and delivery integrations are not separate Pro add-on lines. Is there really a free plan? What is the limit?
Yes. After signup you get 14 days of all features with no credit card. Then the account falls to the free plan: 20 orders/day, unlimited users and tables. QR menu, delivery and cash register integrations stay available.
How do e-receipt and order-check software connect?
E-receipt is the digital document and compliance layer; order-check software manages the order and bill flow. What is a guest check, and what does order-check software do?

Is an official guest check mandatory?
For table-service venues, e-receipt obligation starts with a written notice or announcement from the tax authority. Covered taxpayers cannot use paper checks. Counter sales paid immediately do not need a check. Others may switch voluntarily. See the e-receipt guide for details.
Does order-check software track inventory?

Do I need to install desktop software for order-check setup?
Ritapos is cloud order software, so you do not install a separate desktop POS program at the counter; a browser or mobile app is enough. The cash-register link opens as GMP3 or TSM; the device vendor's license may stay outside the pack. During the 14-day Pro trial, support can prepare online setup from your menu list; live support and online setup are not on the free plan. E-receipt and e-invoice documents are billed per kontör credits.
