Documents, refunds and close after integration

The order stays open on the Ritapos check; the fiscal receipt prints from the cash-register POS device. Receipts, invoices, refunds and close run on the same chain, so you do not keep a second book at the till.

Receipt, invoice and e-adisyon

On sales under the legal invoice limit, the fiscal receipt is easy to cut from the cash-register POS device. When the receipt limit is exceeded you cannot issue a receipt or invoice in the name of a final consumer. Few people in a venue know how to invoice a real person or a company. Ritapos also helps when you invoice from the POS device. Through its integrations, one tap lets you invoice a real person or a company instead of a receipt. If you want, Ritapos can send those invoices to your guest at once by SMS or email. Invoicing runs through your cash-register POS device or integrated accounting software. You can use ETA, Paraşüt, VBT or Zirve integrations, for example. With accounting integrations, when the receipt limit is exceeded you can issue an e-archive invoice for an end customer and an e-archive invoice or e-invoice for a company. On top of that you can also issue an e-adisyon with Ritapos. That is a separate duty: it is used to send the table order to GİB as a digital guest check. Refunds, X and Z reports

The integration Ritapos offers is not limited to sales. From Ritapos you can take an X or Z report in a few taps, and you can refund card or cash payments as well. When you refund a payment you do not take unofficial cash out of the drawer. By refunding the payment you do not pay tax on a collection you never kept. That does not mean you cannot hand cash back to the guest. A card refund follows the device and bank flow. The official Z is still the cash-register POS device close; an X/Z triggered from Ritapos starts the same fiscal record remotely.

Supported models and comparison

If the cash-register POS that closes the fiscal transaction does not run integrated with Ritapos, double entry and end-of-day drift can appear. The POS system manages the order; Inpos, PAX, Ingenico, Pavo and Paycell cash-register POS devices bind payment to the fiscal record. Those two sets of data have to match one to one, so the integration is required.

How an OKC integration is set up

An OKC integration means your fiscal device works on the same order as Ritapos. To set it up, tell us the brand and whether the device stays at the counter or travels to the table; we open the link remotely as GMP3 or TSM, and we charge nothing for the Ritapos side of your first device. From that evening's service, payment runs through the fiscal device and the check closes by itself in Ritapos. The device vendor's own license or commission stays outside this setup.

When choosing a cash register, clarify the connection type, counter vs tableside scenario, and whether you need to change devices. Ritapos can integrate with different brands at the same time. So you can use Ingenico at the counter and Inpos or PAX at the tables.

A next-gen fiscal POS alone cannot run full order, stock and delivery flows. Integrated with Ritapos, you can manage one or many branches with less friction.
