• Franchisors can turn optional manual payment on or off from their own panel, including a forced-off setting.
• Warehouse order date limits can apply to selected ingredient groups. Past-date groups cannot be ordered; unselected groups stay unrestricted.
• B2B warehouse orders support an open-account limit per branch. A new order is blocked when open balance plus the new total would exceed the limit.
• Received quantities can be entered on warehouse orders. Stock moves after receipt based on that quantity, and the ordering branch can run the stock move.
• Worldline cash-register integration and QR menu received further improvements.
• Menu engineering quadrant names are simpler: Star, Locomotive, Puzzle and Dog.
• Barcode matching in product search is clearer. The search box clears after a barcode add, and franchise product records are searched when needed.
• Scale PLU barcodes can only be assigned to the venue's own scale.
• PDF invoice reading now includes AI support.
• Reports were refined and obsolete reports were removed.
• Inpos improvements require the latest ritapos x inpos app.
• Reservations: guests can request a booking from the QR menu when enabled; venues can set valet and guest request options, approve or reject requests with a table, and notify guests by call or WhatsApp. Daily report email and reservation request email options were added under notifications.

• Order split shows product prices and the selected amount, with easier amount picking, customer carry-over and room selection.
• More than one open order is allowed on the same table.
• Parasut and Zirve product matching can assign an ID from the Find button.
• Product and comparison reports use statistics tables.
• The unpaid customer page adds order, product, wallet and spend chart tabs.
• Debt collections appear in report summary and payment rows, with a remaining payment line. Net sales = gross - unpaid + debt collections.
• Customer wallet works as advance: top-ups and overpayments post to cash or bank; wallet collections count toward sales without a cash/bank move. Partial payment with leftover amount is optional.
• New receivables aging report (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days) and a debt collections report by date range.
• Partial payment shows when each payment was taken.
• Preset product notes are editable under Products > Product notes.
• Cafe and restaurant glossary is live on the website.
• Date picker adds Last quarter. Rewarita gets admin updates, pop-up campaigns and branch images.
