One account carries you through the whole year. Seasonal dishes and drinks are switched on and off in the menu manager, and prices and stock stay in the cloud while the staff changes around them.

Kaleici, Lara and Konyaalti: three kinds of service day
One brand here can live through three very different days, and each branch is reported on its own. Kaleici restaurants serve long dinners in the old town. Cafes in the Lara hotel area welcome guests from breakfast onwards. On Konyaalti, beach crowds come in waves around midday and late afternoon.
Branch reports show how each location performs, so stock and staffing can be planned separately. Beach clubs, loungers and long-distance service
There is a dedicated beach club setup for venues that serve guests on loungers and in cabanas. Orders are taken by lounger or cabana number.
Each ticket is routed to the right station, whether that is the bar, the kitchen or a snack point. Checks can stay open from morning until closing, so a guest can add lunch, cold drinks and an afternoon ice cream to one bill.
Menus for international guests
The QR menu opens in each guest's browser language, with up to 40 languages, and can display prices in more than one currency. A family from Germany, Russia or the Netherlands reads the dishes in their own language without asking a waiter to translate, and sees prices in a currency they recognize.
Each product is recorded once, so the register screen and the QR version always show the same item at the same price. When you change a price, the QR page updates and nothing needs reprinting.
What happens to your Ritapos account after the season?
You can move it to the free plan, and everything stays where you left it. Many seasonal venues use Pro from spring to autumn and switch for the winter.

How do you set up before the season opens?
Send your product list once, and our support team builds the account online. Most venues take their first orders the same day.
Share your products, categories and prices, and let the team rehearse with real items during the trial. The software runs on Android and iOS tablets, desktop computers and register terminals. Supported cash registers come from Ingenico, Inpos, Pavo, PAX and Paycell, wired (GMP3) or wireless (TSM). What if the connection is weak at a beach venue?
This is a cloud POS, so it needs internet. When the connection drops briefly, open orders stay on the device and sync once it returns. Long outages reach the limits of a cloud system, as there is no full offline or local server mode. At the beach, a backup mobile line is especially useful, and a UPS for the modem, POS, printer and fiscal device is recommended.
How do setup and support work in Antalya?
Online. Share your menu, support prepares the account and most venues take orders the same day. Our Turkey office is in Cankaya, Ankara. The technical support you need is available locally through our dealer network, or remotely across Turkey. Cash register and delivery integrations are opened remotely, and staff can rehearse on the real menu during the 14-day trial.
