7.7.7. Trendyol Yemek Integration

To set up the integration, enter the key you receive from Uber Eats Trendyol Go into Ritapos.

Getting the Integration Details

Sign in with your membership details at https://partner.tgoyemek.com. Then select the profile button in the upper-right corner and open the My Account Information page.

Select the "Integration Information" tab on the far right.

Then copy the details from the form and paste them into Ritapos.

Entering the Details in Ritapos

In business settings, open the integrations section and enter the API Key, API Secret, and Account ID obtained from https://partner.tgoyemek.com in the Uber Eats Trendyol form, then select "Save".

Restaurants covered by the integration will be listed below the form. Select "Start integration" for each restaurant where you want to start the integration.

Products with the same name on Trendyol and Ritapos are matched automatically. Select "Check products" to review the matching status.

Unmatched products will be listed in the window.

To receive orders from integrated restaurants in Ritapos, enable the "Trendyol Yemek" option on the Integrations card on the home page.

Use the "Trendyol" button on the order card to accept or reject orders received in Ritapos and to provide customers with updates about the order process.

Restaurant Couriers and Courier Applications

If you will use your own restaurant courier instead of the platform's couriers, you need to disable the courier service on the relevant platform. If you do not have a restaurant courier but do not want to use platform couriers, Ritapos can also integrate with various courier management applications such as Hemen Yolda and MaxiJett. As soon as incoming orders are approved, they are automatically sent to the service provider's courier.
