Paycell is a new-generation payment recording device with an Android operating system that uses Turkcell infrastructure and supports transactions compliant with VUK 507. By connecting Paycell behind Ritapay, you can complete collections quickly and easily while using Ritapos.

The integration helps you meet the requirement to conduct transactions approved by the tax authority.

Alongside cash and credit cards, Paycell helps you offer customers alternative payment methods such as Multinet, Paye, and Pluxee while also simplifying your e-invoice processes.

How Do I Get a Paycell Payment Recording Device?

The first step in using a Paycell payment recording device is to complete the Pluspay merchant agreement and send it to the address specified in the agreement. Under the agreement between Ritapos and Paycell, your payment recording device will be sent to your address free of charge. You can select here to download the merchant agreement.

By using a Paycell payment recording device, you will also achieve VUK 507 compliance, an important step in your business's digital transformation.

How Do I Set Up the Paycell Integration?

Obtain the required "Key, Secret, and Merchant ID" details from Paycell. Then select "Paycell" in the Integrations section of the Ritapos settings page.

Enter the details obtained from Paycell in the form.

Select "Save", then check that your device details appear correctly below the form.

My Integration Is Active and I Have the Device. What Do I Do Next?

Download and open the Pluspay application on your Paycell device. You do not need to perform any more actions in Paycell. You can now complete all transactions through Ritapay in Ritapos.

You can use the Ritapay window that opens when you select "Ritapay" on the order card.

The window resembles the split payment window and lets you easily add collections to the order and close your orders.
