7.7.1. Getir Integration

To set up the Getir integration, select Ritapos in the "Select POS Company" field on the platform's "POS Integration" page and press "Create."

Copy the "Restaurant Secret Key" from the POS integration card using the button next to it, and make sure "Restaurant Status" is enabled.

Then open the "Getir Yemek" form from the "Integrations" card on the Ritapos settings page and enter the restaurant's secret key. Next:

Copy your restaurant ID from the address bar, enter it in the Ritapos form, and press "Save."

If POS integration is disabled in Getir Yemek,

press the green enable button below the form:

Then press "Connect" and confirm that your business information appears below the form.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up the integration. Through this form, you can:

• Open or close your restaurant.
• Enable or disable products for sale.
• Mark your business as busy.
• Deactivate your restaurant couriers.

To receive orders through the integration:

Enable the "Getir Yemek" option on the home page. The number of your open orders will appear next to the option, such as (2).

Restaurant Couriers and Courier Applications

If you will use your own restaurant couriers instead of the platform's couriers, you must disable the courier service on the relevant platforms. If you do not have restaurant couriers but do not want to use platform couriers either, Ritapos can integrate with various courier management applications such as Hemen Yolda and MaxiJett. As soon as incoming orders are approved, they are also sent automatically to the service provider's courier.
