What Is Macellan SuperApp?

Macellan SuperApp is a mobile application that lets users create virtual wallets for use at participating businesses in the application. Users can make fast and secure purchases at participating venues and view campaigns and loyalty programs from all brands together to benefit from various offers. You can use Macellan SuperApp with Ritapos to strengthen communication between businesses and customers.

How Do I Set Up the Integration?

First, request a token from Macellan SuperApp to enter in Ritapos. After receiving the token, enter it in the "Macellan Super App Token" form on the Integrations card in Ritapos business settings.

Because the integration automatically adds the "Macellan" payment method during first use, you do not need to take any action for it.

After you enter the token in Ritapos and add the customer's order, the "Macellan SuperApp" button will appear in the "Actions" menu.

When you select this button, the Macellan Super App window opens.

If you have a QR code reader, select "Scan QR Code" and scan the QR code on the customer's phone, or enter the code shown below it in the relevant field. When the code reaches six digits, "Save" becomes active. Select "Save" to start the approval process. After the customer approves the transaction in the Macellan SuperApp application, select "Check". Once "Approved" appears in the window, use the button that replaces "Save" to close the order.

At the end of this process, the order will be closed with the "Macellan" payment type, and payments the customer makes with points will be applied as a discount.
