7.7.4.1.2 GMP3 Ingenico wired integration and counter payment
This lesson covers counter payments with an Ingenico device on the GMP3 (wired) path. Complete license and department steps first.
After purchasing the license, you must pay a one-time integration setup fee to Ritapos. After payment, our technical team will contact you for installation. To speed up the process, you can send your integration request from Ritapos. In the left menu, open "Destek talepleri" (Support requests) under "Yardım & Destek" (Help & Support) and press the "+" button. In the "Yeni destek talebi" (New support request) form, enter your contact details, choose "Yazarkasa entegrasyonu" (cash register integration) as the subject, write a description and your AnyDesk workspace number, then press "Kaydet" (Save).

During the integration, an app named "Ritapos x Worldline" is installed on your computer. Orders you take in Ritapos are then sent automatically to your Ingenico device connected by cable.
The Ingenico wired connection looks like this:

After the cabling is done, open the "CASH REGISTER POS SETTINGS" menu on the device, tap Ethernet in the "CONNECTION SETTINGS" section and set a static IP address.

Next, edit the GMP.xml file in the "ritapos-worldline-bridge\dist\dlls\Windows\x64" folder. Set the IP address, usually found in the first interface, to the IP address of the device.

If payments feel slow with the integration, you can set LogPrintToFileOpen to FALSE.

Run the application.
Now, after you take an order:

Press the "Worldline" button on the order card to open the payment window. Choose the payment method and press "Send" to send the payment to your cash register right away.
If the device needs to be paired, press the "Pair" button at the top right.
To take a partial payment on the cash register:

Choose "Partial" as the payment type and press "Start partial sale". Once the sale starts, Ritapos shows fields where you can enter the amount and choose the payment type.
If the device restarts, runs out of paper or loses its internet connection during a sale, you can continue from the "Open Receipt Transactions" card.
