6.9. Closing an Order Without Payment

You can close a pending order without taking payment. Select "No Payment" to move the order to completed orders.

When "No Payment" is selected, a warning dialog opens to prevent you from closing the order by mistake. If you are sure, press "Yes" to move the order to completed orders.

Orders closed this way are shown in reports as orders without payment and are not reflected in your net revenue.
