6.7. Printing an Order
You can print the bill for an order or the products that production areas are waiting for on any printer.
Printing a Bill
To print an order, select "Print" on the order entry screen or the order details page.

You can also print the bill on the relevant printer whenever an order is closed. To do this, configure the printer preferences in your user settings.
Open Personal Settings by selecting the button in the upper-right corner, then configure the preferences in the "Printer Use" panel.

Printing Pending Products
A product in an order can have different statuses.
When an order is taken, the product is sent to the production units. The customer then starts waiting for it. Products in this state are called pending products. When these products are prepared and delivered to the customer, they become processed products. In the final stage, a product can be paid for and leave the process even if it remains in the order. It is then called a completed product. The most important distinction is between a pending product and a processed product.
For example, suppose a customer orders one toast. Select "Print Pending Products" to print it on the kitchen printer.
The first toast is served to the customer, who orders another toast five minutes later. The order now contains two toasts. Because the first has already been served, it should be processed, while the new one should be pending. If you select "Print Pending Products" without changing the first toast's status and send the ticket to the kitchen, the kitchen may think it needs to make two toasts. To prevent this, mark the first toast as processed when it is served. As soon as pending products are delivered to the customer, select the bell button in the lower-left corner of the table.

After this step, selecting "Print Pending Products" prints only one toast.
