6.11. Using Letter Filters

In the Preferences form under user settings:

Enable the letter filter to use it on the order entry screen. This filter helps you find the products you are looking for very quickly.

We do not recommend using letter filtering on old computers. Because it performs some complex operations, it may cause your computer to freeze or slow down.

When letter filtering is enabled, the window that opens while adding products to an order displays:

The first letters of products in the relevant product group appear as buttons. In the example, pressing the letter "F" leaves only "Filter Coffee" in the product list. To show all products, press "All" at the end of the product groups at the top.
