6.10. Reopening a Closed Order

Closed orders are listed under completed orders and can be reopened with the "Open Order" button in the lower-right corner of the order details page.

Because opening the order is the latest action, note that the order's last action date has changed.

When you close the order again, reports show the order as closed on the most recent closing date. To correct this, after closing the order, change its date using the window opened with the "Actions" button.
