6.8. Closing an Order with Payment

You can select the payment type while taking the order or later on the details page. Businesses that provide fast-food or takeaway service generally take payment with the order and close it, moving it to completed orders. To do this, select a payment type on the right side of the order entry screen and press the green button.

Businesses that take table or takeaway orders receive payment later, so these orders remain among the pending orders. Press an order card under pending orders to go to the order details page. You can close the order with the similar buttons on the right side of the order details page.

Closed orders are listed on the "Completed Orders" screen.

Users with business manager permission or higher can see all completed orders, while business employees can see only recently closed orders.

To view the details of a completed order, press the "Details" button in the relevant row.
