6.3. Pending Products Screen
With Ritapos, you can print pending products that need to be prepared in production areas such as the kitchen or bar, or use computer screens to improve communication between production staff and waiters.
You can find "Pending Products" under "Pending Orders" in the menu.

Kitchen users generally use this screen, and Ritapos is adapted for the user on this screen.
The Pending Products screen shows products waiting for production, grouped by order. Tables with pending products attract attention through the color of the bell in the lower-left corner.

When a product in this order is ready, the kitchen user can:

When the bell button is selected, the number of pending products becomes zero, indicating that all of them have been delivered to the table. The table turns green again, while the number of pending products is added to the number beside the fork and knife icon that represents products delivered to the table.
Product Statuses Within an Order
Although product statuses within an order may be one of the least used features, the subject is important. This window helps explain it.

You can view product statuses in the Product Statuses window, opened with the bell button on each row of the products table in the order details. A product can have three statuses in an order. The first status is created when the product is added to the order. "Pending" represents products that have been ordered and are being prepared. "Processed" indicates that products have left the preparation units and been served to the customer. "Completed" represents products that have been paid for. As described above, moving pending products to "Processed" when they are delivered to the table can make business management easier. When a person leaving the table pays for their order, you can move the relevant products to "Completed."
You can run the order flow in your business without managing product statuses. However, we recommend using this process because it helps you see waiting customers more easily.
