4.6. Product Notes
Product notes are ready-made texts you can add to an order line quickly. Define them first, then pick them while taking orders.
Define the notes
Go to Management → Products → Product notes. The first column has fixed options: Free, Complimentary, and Loss (Turkish UI: Ücretsiz, İkram, Zayi). Add your own notes in the other columns. Choose Save when done, or Reset to defaults to restore defaults.
Quick notes on an order
On the order screen, open Actions on a product line to reach the ready notes. Notes appear as quick buttons in three columns; tapping one writes the note on the line.
Free, Complimentary, and Loss also appear as large buttons on the product action dialog. The chosen note is written on the product line and can show on kitchen tickets or the check.
Free-text note dialog
Use Note on the line to open a dialog where you can type free text, pick the same quick notes, then Save or Print.
