Why you need this
The gross wage on a menu of offers is not the full business cost. Without employer social charges and benefits such as meals or transport, scheduling and pricing decisions stay incomplete.
This tool adds employer burden and benefits to an average gross wage to show an approximate monthly and annual staff cost.
How it is calculated
Cost per person = gross × (1 + social rate + unemployment rate) + benefits. Monthly total = cost per person × headcount. Annual cost is that figure × 12.
Rates are for information only; incentives or special cases need your advisor. The tool is for quick planning, not a formal payroll run.
How to read the result
Monthly total is the approximate employer staff cost for the month. Cost per person helps compare hiring or shift scenarios.
This tool is for information only. Talk to your advisor for payroll filings or employment-law decisions.
