3.3.1.1. Free tools from Ritapos

The Ritapos website offers free tools that run in your browser. Find cost and price calculators on the free tools for businesses page. For cafe and restaurant terms, see the cafe and restaurant glossary. For a business name idea, use the restaurant and cafe name generator.

3.3.1.2. Tables

Lesson 3.3 covered where tables sit and the main tools. Here are daily tips.

Search and pagination. The top-right search box looks across visible rows. Use the pager below; default page size is 25, changeable from 10 to 500.

Columns. Click a header to sort (non-sortable headers do nothing). Hide columns you do not need, then show them again. There is no bulk row checkbox selection.

Export. Copy, Excel, PDF, and Print use visible columns. PDF and print usually drop Actions and Franchise. Uploading data with Excel is a separate dialog; do not confuse it with the Excel download on the table.

Fullscreen and mobile. Expand the table with fullscreen. On a phone the list scrolls horizontally; keep important columns visible first.

3.3.1.3. Date picker

On report screens the date picker's left column offers preset ranges. When picking a range on the calendar on mobile, tap the date twice.

Also check the time range under the dates; otherwise the report may not cover the period you expect.
