3.3. Web Application and User Interface
You open the Ritapos web app at https://app.ritapos.com. The sign-in links at the top right of the website open the same app. On any internet-connected device you can use Chrome to open that address.
After you sign in, the home page greets you.
The screen is split into four main parts:
Left menu. Use it to open core pages such as orders, products, and reports.
Top bar. On the left, + Order starts a new order. On the right you find personal settings, business settings, notifications, and fullscreen. This lesson only points to those controls; it does not walk through settings.
Center. The main work for the open page happens here.
Right summary. Secondary actions and summary info for the page appear here.
On smaller screens the same parts stack from left to right and top to bottom; the menu often collapses.
Lists and tables
On products, customers, stock, or many report screens, data appears as a list / table. In a table you can:
- Sort by clicking a column header (some columns are not sortable)
- Search the whole table with the search box at the top right
- Paginate; the default page size is 25, with choices of 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500
- Show or hide columns
- Copy, download Excel or PDF, and print from the toolbar (visible columns; Actions and Franchise columns are usually dropped from PDF/print)
- Expand the table to fullscreen
Sort, page, and search are often remembered. On mobile the table scrolls horizontally. Some lists have a category filter; uploading data via Excel is a separate dialog, not the export button.
