3.6. Purchasing a License

When your license is running low or has expired, renew it from the app. Open Purchase (Upgrade) in the left menu; the path is /upgrade. Remaining time appears on the home page (when the right-column license banner is shown) and at the top of this page.

First choose the period (monthly or yearly), then the payment mode: one-time payment or subscription. Subscription renews automatically at the end of the period. Current amounts are shown in the app; for general pricing use https://ritapos.com/fiyatlar/. Before paying, you can complete billing details at /store/commercial.

Credits (kontör) are not a POS license. For credit-based features and AI packs, open Buy credits on the right of the same screen to go to /purchase (or open that path directly).

There you can load AI assistant credits, an unlimited AI pack, and e-document credits; use Buy license on the right to return to /upgrade. When a purchase completes, the matching days or credits are added to your account.
