2.5. Sign In with an Employee Account

Staff also sign in at app.ritapos.com. They use the username and password created for them (lesson 2.4).

Type the full username in Type your email address or username, for example name@storealias. Type the password in Type your password and click Sign in.

After sign-in, the Ritapos menu and screens change with the user's role. Each employee sees only the sections their role allows.

If an employee forgets the password, a manager or the owner changes it from the user list (lesson 2.6).
