14.2. Harmful Transaction Logs and Accountability

Harmful transaction logs list actions that could hurt the business. You can see who did what and what changed.

Open Reports & Tools > Log reports > Harmful log reports. In the Show menu, pick Orders, Customers, Products or Raw materials. Franchise member stores also see Depo siparişi (B2B) in the Show menu.

Ritapos is keeping logs of last 30 days. Please check logs regularly.

Logs are kept for 30 days. We suggest checking this list at the end of the day or at shift handover.

Columns and types

The table has Date, Unique id, User, Type, Meta, Document and Modifier. User shows who acted; Modifier shows what changed.

For accountability, start with the User column to see who performed the action. Then read Modifier for the change itself. Checking both at the end of a shift gives you a clear trail without guessing.

Types on screen

In Orders you often see these types (Turkish labels in the app):

  • Sipariş sistemden kalıcı olarak silindi
  • Ürün siparişten çıkartıldı
  • Siparişe indirim tanımlandı
  • Sipariş silindi

You may also see Siparişteki ürün miktarı azaltıldı, Siparişteki ürün fiyatı azaltıldı, Siparişteki ürün, grubundan ayrılarak ücretsiz hale getirildi and Franchise senkronizasyonu ile silindi.
