14.4. Multi-Branch Tracking for Franchisors

In a multi-branch setup the franchisor does not browse each branch raw transaction log rows. Report screens show count and amount summaries instead.

Three report pages are available (Turkish titles in the app):

  • Şubelerin işlem kayıt raporu: Grouped summary by branch.
  • Şubelerin toplam işlem kayıt raporu: One total row for selected branches.
  • Şubelerin satır satır işlem kayıt raporu: Combined rows for selected branches, still at summary level.

Report steps

Each report has 1 Stores and 2 Date & Time. On step 1 you have Select all and the External stores list.

On 2 Date & Time, set the date and time range. On the report screen, choose Grouped or Row by row, then generate the report. Columns follow the same count and amount summary logic as single-store reports.
