Why you need this
Delivery platforms bring orders, but commission can quietly erode margin. If the rate stays only in the contract, menu price and channel choices lag behind.
When you compare the same sales to dine-in or your own channel, you first need to know how much of the gross delivery total is taken as fees. This tool makes that check fast.
How it is calculated
Monthly delivery sales = daily orders × average ticket × 30. Commission = sales × commission rate. Any extra fee (payment or service) is applied to the same sales figure.
Net remaining = sales - commission - extra fee. Annual total fees are monthly fees × 12. Rates are for approximate checks; your contract may differ.
How to read the result
Annual total fees are the visible cost of the delivery channel. Net remaining is the gross left before food and labor. If extra fee is zero, only platform commission is shown.
