How to Change VAT Rates on an Ingenico Fiscal POS
On Ingenico new-generation payment recorders you can update VAT rates from the device menu. The steps are below.
How to change VAT (KDV) rates on Ingenico POS devices is one of the questions we hear most. If you use an Ingenico as your new-generation payment recorder (ÖKC, fiscal payment recorder) and want to change a VAT rate, follow the steps below.
1. Press the "dot" or "F" key in the top right corner of the cash register keypad.
2. Enter the "YAZARKASA POS AYARLARI" (cash register POS settings) menu with the manager password. (The default password is 0000.)
3. Use "PARAMETRE YAZDIR" (print parameters) to print the current parameter settings on paper.
