Add Order Notes by Voice in Ritapos
Adding notes to an order is a frequent step that eats up time. Here is how voice notes work in Ritapos, without touching a keyboard.
When you take an order, entering the guest's requests into the system matters just as much as the order itself, and it usually takes up more of the server's time.
Because writing order notes is not a routine step, it often gets rushed. Sometimes the note never makes it into the system properly, and the guest ends up unhappy.
With Ritapos, you do not need a keyboard to add a note to an order. Tap the microphone button in the note window once and start talking. When you are done, just say "Save" ("Kaydet" in the Turkish app). Ritapos turns your speech into text and adds it to the order as an order note straight away.
