An Extraordinary Year: Ritapos Looks Back on 2023

As we say goodbye to 2023 and welcome a hopeful new year, the Ritapos team is looking back with joy on an extraordinary twelve months. Driven by innovation, growth and the steady support of our customers, Ritapos picked up pace this year on its way to becoming a leading force in cloud-based point of sale (POS) software. We are happy to share what we achieved with you.

The most notable result of 2023 was a significant increase in our customer base. We are pleased to announce that the number of Ritapos customers grew by a striking 46% this year. We see this growth as a sign of the trust our customers place in Ritapos.

2023 also stood out for the many feature additions and improvements we shipped. Our development team worked hard on the user experience so that the software stays intuitive and efficient as the needs of businesses in different sectors keep changing.

Businesses run on many different technology setups, so Ritapos made smooth integration and compatibility with other popular tools a priority. In 2023 we completed our integrations with Ingenico and Macellan SuperApp. With this improved compatibility, businesses can fit Ritapos into the way they already work. We have also started work on completing our integration with the Paraşüt app in 2024.
