8.2. Listing Users

Access the user list with the Users button in Business Settings. Each user appears on a separate row, where the available buttons let you perform the relevant actions.

The Actions button opens a drop-down menu where you can make various changes for the relevant user.

Changing a User's Password

On the page opened with the "Change Password" button in the user's Actions menu, you can change the user's password without knowing the old password.

Deactivating or Activating a User

If you want to prevent a user from signing in without deleting them, use the "Deactivate" button in the Actions menu. For inactive users, this button appears as "Activate." You can use the "Activate" button at any time to restore an inactive user's access to the system.

Delete users you no longer need with the "Delete" button on the relevant row.
