8.1. Adding Users
Use the form opened with the "+" button in the Users section of Business Settings to add users with different permission levels to your system.

We recommend choosing the username and permission level fields carefully.
The username uses the business short name defined in Business Settings as its suffix. In the example form, an employee named Onur will have the username "onur@pal." You can also change this suffix.
Make sure everyone who uses Ritapos in your business has their own user account with an appropriate permission level and that passwords are not shared.
The permission level determines what the user can access and edit. For example, you may not want employees to see every business report. Here are the permissions for some commonly used roles.
