15.2. Locking and Unlocking the Screen

When you leave the till, press Ekran kilidi (screen lock) in the menu. The lock screen opens and a password is needed to use Ritapos.

Unlocking with the business password

Type the screen password you set in 15.1, or draw your pattern with the pattern button. Press the sign in button to return to the home page. A wrong password shows a warning.

Unlocking with your own account

The business users are listed below the lock screen with photo, name and role. If another employee continues with their own account, they press their card. Their email appears and they sign in with their own password. If two-step verification is on, a Kimlik doğrulayıcı kodu (authenticator code) field also appears. You can cancel the card selection and go back to the business password.

If no screen password is set

Without a screen password, the lock screen shows this warning:

Ekran şifresi tanımlayarak yetkisiz erişimi önleyebilirsiniz. Bunu yapmak için lütfen işletme ayarlarından işletme şifresi ayarlayın. (Set a screen password in the business settings to prevent unauthorized access.)

You can then return to the home page with the close button at the top right.
