15.1. Setting Up the Screen Lock

The screen lock stops others from using Ritapos while you are away from the till. To use it, you first set a screen password.

Setting the screen password

1. In the business settings, open the Güvenlik (security) panel.
2. Type your password in Ekran kilidinin şifresi (screen lock password). Use the eye button to see what you type.
3. To use a pattern instead, press the pattern button next to the field and draw your pattern.
4. Press Kaydet (save).

Locking when idle

If you tick Pasif kalındığında ekranı kilitle (lock screen on idle) in the same panel, Ritapos locks itself when the screen is not used for a while.
