18.5. Using the Wallet

Users can add balance to their wallets within the application using their credit cards and use this balance when placing their orders.

18.5.1. Creating a Wallet

To access the wallet, users can press the "Create wallet" button on the home page or go to the "Wallet" page in the menu.

When you want to create a wallet;

The user is asked to enter a phone number and email address. Then, the user creates a "Wallet" by verifying the phone number and email.

18.5.2. Balance Loading

Users who log in to the wallet can load money into their wallet with the "+ Load Balance" button.

The balance in the Wallet cannot exceed the legal limits and it is not possible to make purchases with amounts higher than the spending amount determined by the legislation for each month.

18.5.3. Wallet Information

Users can store their card information securely to speed up their payment processes.

They can see receipts of their past expenses. The money they upload to the Wallet can be withdrawn whenever they want. It is possible to freeze or delete the Wallet.

Users have access to current contracts,

They can access it from the "Contracts" tab on the wallet page.

18.5.4. Usage of Wallet Balance

When the customer says he wants to pay with wallet, the cashier displays the message in the "Rewarita" window.

He presses the "Pay with wallet" button and sends a notification to the customer to confirm.

The cashier screen goes into standby mode and appears on the customer's phone.

The confirmation screen opens automatically. Payment is made following the customer's approval. The payment appears as "Rewarita" on Ritapos.

If the "Automatically close POS payments" option on the main screen is turned on

The order closes automatically.
