18.4. Earn Stars / Spend Stars

By using the QR code in the application, users can earn stars as they spend according to the rules defined in the branch, and they can spend the stars they earn at the branch of their choice.

For this, users press the "QR Code" button in the submenu and show their 60-second OTP to the cashier.

18.4.1. Earn Stars

The cashier takes the order and

Presses Rewarita.

He enters the OTP code received from the user and presses the "Save" button.

The customer's name and surname are written on the order. Next to it is the number of the customer's order. The opened window;

The customer's total number of stars and the number of products he/she has won appear on the top right.

Under these, which products will earn stars with this order,

Below this, the products that can be purchased with a star in case of a won product are listed. Stars can be spent by clicking on these products. These products are added to the order for an amount of 0 TL.

Below this, there is a "Pay with wallet" button if the customer wants to pay from his wallet. Wallet usage will be explained in detail later.

At the bottom, there is a "Star (+x)" button that will give the customer a star for this order. After the form is checked, this button must be pressed. Order by pressing this button when closed with a payment method, customer earns stars.

Earned stars. It can be used for the products specified via Ritapos in all branches within the application. For example; "Coldbrew" can earn 2 stars and only "Filter Coffee" can be earned for free.

18.4.2. Spend Stars

In spending processes similar to the star earning window, if the customer will only use stars,

A blank order is opened and the customer's OTP is entered by pressing "Rewarita". The products are selected and the order content is closed as "No payment" since the content will be 0 TL.
