16.4. Product Management
When the product list page is opened in the franchise's main account, a "Franchise" button appears at the top right of the table and "Franchise" actions appear in the last column of each product, unlike in business accounts. You may have noticed that the Actions and Franchise columns are different. Actions contains operations for headquarters itself, while the Franchise column contains operations you can perform at branches.

The menu opened with the "Show" button lets you display different product information in tables.

The "Actions" button contains pages where you can perform bulk list operations.

The "Franchise" button contains operations that affect the selected businesses.

You can match products at headquarters with your branches or copy the menu of a selected business to target branches.
You can also restore the relationship between headquarters and branches if it is broken, and delete selected products in bulk.
Use the "Delete removed products from businesses" button at the bottom to delete from branches all products that do not exist at headquarters.
16.4.1. Product Matching
Pressing the "Match selected product groups" button in this menu opens a window where products can easily be synchronized with selected branches.

In the first column, select the businesses, then the product group, and then the data to synchronize. In the last column, choose whether to update only existing products or to update existing products and add missing ones. "Update & Add" is enabled by default.
Below this, you can select the delay time for the operation.
Because operations run in the background through a queue, it may take time for the latest data to appear.
The status of products in the main account can also be synchronized with other businesses using the "Match" button on each row, or the relevant product can be deleted from all businesses using the adjacent "Delete" button.
The "Delete" button in the Franchise column deletes the product from other businesses, while the "Delete" button in the Actions column deletes the product from the main account.
Whenever you press "Synchronize" or "Delete," the business list opens. Select the businesses where the operation should be performed, then complete it with the "Match" button at the bottom of the window.
16.4.2. Copying and Pasting Products
Instead of synchronizing products, you can use the "Copy all products" button in the menu opened by the "Franchise" button to copy products from one branch to selected branches.

Franchises with branches that use different pricing policies prefer this method. Ritapos also makes it easier to set regional prices.
16.4.3. Regional Price Editing
The regional product list displays your product list in separate columns according to the regions you previously defined.

Press the edit button next to each price.

You can update prices in the window that opens. This allows your branches to begin selling at the new price immediately.
