10.2. List of Recent Callers

Ritapos automatically records every number that calls your business's mobile and landline lines, from newest to oldest. From the Incoming Numbers section of the menu, press the "Recent Callers" button to open the page containing the phone numbers.

Use the "+ Order" button next to a phone number in the table to take an order, or the "+ Reservation" button to make a table reservation.

You can save information about customers who call your restaurant or rate customers from orders received through online food platforms.

This makes it easy to identify blacklisted customers when they place another order.

You can also track which order number each customer is placing and reward your loyal customers.

In the example images, Seda is placing her first order, while Naz is placing her fourth order.
